Al-Murshed Center for Economic Development and Investment (AMC) is an NGO established in December, 26th, 2006 in Kirkuk/ Iraq under the license number 72508 issued from the secretariat of chief minister council in Baghdad. It aims to contribute in economic development and activating investment in Kirkuk province and around.

The program of Commercial Legal Clinic
is a program implemented by AMC in  which lawyers will offer legal consultancies to the audience seeking  start and operate businesses. The program will pay grants to the trainees who will be trained at AMC on topics of Business Planning, Marketing, Accounting, and Computer .Seminars  will also be held through which lawyers explain legal needs and requirements of obtaining legal permits.
AMC used to prepare and present a weekly TV show on a local screen called “ KirkukTV” under the name of " Commercial Legal Clinic".
